Willa Dee (Billy) Richerson was born to Jacob Lafayette and Nora Agnes McCurry on March 11, 1925 in Mount Olive, MO. She reunited with family, friends and her Heavenly Father on August 8, 2015 after a brief stay at San Joaquin Hospice. Willa was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and spent her life accepting His grace. She took great pride in her family, and sacrificed countless hours assisting and encouraging her children to succeed in their numerous activities. She was a tireless worker who focused her time on serving others. In addition to her family activities she labored many years in Lodi's seasonal canneries and packing sheds. For those that knew her, she leaves a lasting legacy of faith, family devotion, self-sacrifice, and hard work. She will be missed by many.
Willa leaves behind her daughter, Quinetta Johnson of Fresno, CA, sons Rodger Richerson of Lodi, Rex Richerson and wife Michelle of Houston, TX and Quay Richerson and wife Dawn of Sisters, OR.
Also, her grandchildren, Kristi Davis, Stacie Richerson, Jeff Johnson, Tim Johnson, Melanie McCloskey, Kyle Richerson, Laura Lipe, Quincy Richerson, Jordan Richerson, Jacob Richerson and Jared Richerson. Great children, Elizabeth Buente, Drake and Stryder Davis, Adeline, Jacob and Hunter Johnson, Sabella, Hannah and Charlotte McCloskey, Finley and Piper Lipe. Great Great Grandaughter, Peyton Buente.
Willa Dee was preceded in death by her husband Quentin (Shorty), 19 days shy of their 60th wedding anniversary, great-granddaugther Hayden McCloskey, brothers Ralph and Howard McCurry, sisters Mary Edith Giboney and Erma Lee Stewart (Medley).

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, 831 Industrial Way, Lodi, CA 95240.
SERVICES
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Lodi Community Church, 444 W. Turner Rd., Lodi, CA
INTERMENT
Buriel will take place at Mission Chapel Cemetery in Missouri the following week.
