Eloise was born on November 9, 1928 in Parsons, West Virginia to Edwin and Catherine Booth. She graduated from Parsons High school in 1946, and soon after came to Stockton Ca. to attend University of the Pacific in 1949. Eloise worked at Pacific Bell as a telephone operator, and in 1952 became Ms. Stockton. She then met the love of her life and best friend Tom J. Kosta, and soon became Mrs. Tom J. Kosta in 1953 which they had 5 beautiful children. She will be deeply missed by her family. They were married for 63 years.Eloise is preceded in death by her two sons Gregory Steven and Nicholas Andrew Kosta.
She is survived by her loving husband Tom J Kosta, Daughter Karan (Larry) Miner, Thomas Jr. , and John Kosta. Her six adopted daughters, Tiffany, Jennifer (Wyatt) Tillman, Mary Kosta, Ashley (Dennis) Fleck, Vanessa (Sean) Knock, and Seriena Kosta. Grandkids, Arliss (Kim) Kosta, Jana (Tim) Long, Gregory (Sarah) Miner, Thomas and Alexis Miner, Laura (Kyl) Flemming. And numerous great- grandchildren who she loved dearly.

SERVICES
The Trisagion will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church, 920 W. March Lane, Stockton, CA 95207. Refreshments will be served following the service.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church, 920 W. March Lane, Stockton, CA 95207.
