Jack Shan Lih Ju

Jack Shan Lih Ju 1965 – 2016

Born in Pusan, Korea to Chinese immigrant parents, Jack Ju came to the United States at the age of 12. Between selling ju-obit-picnewspapers on the streets of San Francisco, to the hustle and bustle of the family restaurant, Jack, with his brothers, eventually inherited New Yen Ching Restaurant from his parents. On 1987, Jack married the love of his life and had four sons, who are his pride and joy. An avid games-man and fisherman, Jack was passionate towards his work-ethic, and his dedication towards his cooking and his customers made him loved by all.

Jack is survived by his wife Janet Ju, his four sons: Kevin, Mathew, Eric, and Anthony, and his four brothers: Bill, Denny, Billy, Tommy, and two sisters: Sandy Ju Chang and Cindy Ju Cable

Jack is preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Kin Fo Ju and Mrs. Lyen Chen Kyang Ju , and his brother, Shan Guo Ju.
