Vernon Frank Weigum, 80, passed away June 4, 2017 in Lodi. Born March 15, 1937 in San Francisco, California, Vern worked for 28 years at General Mills. He and his wife of 50 years, Lee Ann, owned and operated Weigum’s Lodi Nursery for 35 years. He graduated from Lodi High School in 1954, and was a charter member of Temple Baptist Church. Vern was also a member of Tree Lodi, Lodi Community Concerts Association, Lodi Historical Society, and an avid Giants fan.
Vern will be missed by his children, Jeff Weigum (Marlene), Renee Weigum (Gordon Kirkland) and Lynn Weigum, and grandchildren, Jennifer Weigum-Bryant (Marvin), Julie Weigum, Josh Weigum (Heather), Casey Braun, Tori Braun, Nicole Grauman (Dan), Lindsay Wells (Nathan), Benjamin Macdonald, Olivia Macdonald, and Elijah Macdonald (Peyton). He also leaves behind his sister, Judy Weigum, brother, Wayne Weigum, and great grandchildren, Violet Grauman, Aylana Wells, Hadley Wells, and Jeffrey D. Weigum.
Vern’s wife, Lee Ann Weigum, and his parents, Herb and Bertha Weigum, precede him in passing.

VISITATION
Visitation will be held Friday, June 9, 2017 from 4pm -7pm at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, California.
INTERMENT
Interment will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park in Lodi.
