Sandra Kay Leiting was born in Stockton to Joseph and Judith Leiting and passed away at age 60 from cancer after a hard fought battle. She graduated from Lincoln High School, California State Stanislaus and Golden Gate University with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She worked in the health insurance administration field for 35 years and retired from San Joaquin County as the Employee Benefits Manager in 2013. She enjoyed living in the country and growing vegetables year round, but her real passion was fishing. She and Gary Graham, the love of her life and best friend for 42 years, enjoyed many wonderful and productive days on the water. Oh… the drags going off..fish on!!
In addition to her beloved Gary, Sandy will be missed by her loving mother Judith; siblings Joseph Leiting III, David Leiting (Tracy), Patti Vincent (Don), Mark Leiting (Gentye), Jayme Leiting (Traci), Gary’s brother Thomas Graham; nieces and nephews Donny, Desire, Shaina, Chelsea, Chad, Haley, Brandon, Amanda, Patrick, Melanie (Ben), Rebecca; and many friends.
