Agustina Tabada Tan was born on August 28, 1936 in Cebu City, Phillippines and passed on June 22, 2018 in Stockton, CA at the age of 81. She always lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with loved ones. She is survived by her beloved companion of 24 years: Ralph Castro, her daughters Tina-Marie Ross and Vivian Bertolucci, grandchildren Kayla, Taylor, Matt, and Richard, and son-in-law Rich Ross.
VISITATION
Visitation will be held on Thursday June 28, 2018 at 10:00am with services to follow at 1:00pm at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial located at 14165 N. Beckman Rd. in Lodi, CA.
