Gordon J. Bennett 85, of Stockton, California passed away peacefully on January 15. 2021 at Dameron Hospital. He was born in Grand Junction, Colorado to Ellen Marie Oliver and Robert T Bennett. He was #3 of 7-Brothers.
Throughout his life he was a hard working man, a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was an avid fisherman and loved the game of baseball, which all 3 of his boys played. He even coached a Babe Ruth League for a couple of years. He also loved the outdoors and took his family camping every year to a different place, also loved to just pack a lunch and do weekend road trips, country rides.
Gordon is survived by Daughters Tina (Jess) Castro, Christine (Steve) Revill of NC and Dean (Kelly) Bennett. Also 10-grandchildren, 15-great grandchildren, and 2-great-great grandchildren whom he adored as they are babies who loved to get grandpa’s attention and get him out of his chair!
He is also survived by Brother’s Dean (Anita) Bennett, Daniel Bennett, Max (Donna) Recod of NC, Eugene Recod, and Edward Recod of UT.
Gordon was preceded in Death by his Parents, Wife Aiko (2006) sons Michael Thomas Bennett (1990) James G. Bennett (2019) and grandson Thomas Michael Bennett JR. (1991) and one Brother Robert O. Bennett (2000).
He will sadly be missed by all.
