Siegfried Allert

May 01, 1944 - February 23, 2021

Siegfried Allert lovingly known as “Zeke” was given the gift of life on May 1, 1944. On February 23, 2021 God called him home to Glory where he was met by his beloved mother Hilda, kind caring father Ted, younger brother Robert and loyal dog Roscoe.
Zeke is survived by his loving and devoted wife Cecilia, son James (Conny) who was always in his heart; his four grandchildren Angelina, Jamie, Jasmine and Dylan; brothers John (Carol), Manfred (Kathy); sister Linda Reynolds (Gary); Nieces and nephews Jackie (Phil), Ted (Tammy), Annette, Alisha, Eric, Gary, Matt and several several great nieces and nephews.

Zeke was born in Klein Mangersdorf Germany and came to the US with his family and settled in Stockton.

Siegfried was given the nickname Zeke by his third grade teacher because Siegfried was just to difficult to pronounce.

Zeke was a free spirit when he was young. He loved exploring Stockton, going fishing, to the movies downtown and getting into mischief with his brothers.
Zeke played basketball in high school and had a trophy in the hall of fame display case at Eldorado school.

Zeke started working with his father Ted plastering when he was a teenager and continued working in the stucco and plastering business for 54 years. He took great pride in his work and was eager to point out the businesses and homes he plastered which was considerable.

Zeke enjoyed traveling on business trips and vacations with his beloved Cee, sharing the beauty and history of each place they enjoyed together.
Zeke and Cee were together in life and shall be together in ashes, two souls together for eternity.
