Daisy Forrest was born April 18, 1931 in Rocky Ford, Oklahoma to Lenny and Victoria Forrest. She lived a life filled with family, friends, and faith. Her generous spirit extended to all people who crossed her path.
Daisy married Lee Rusk in Reno, Nevada on January 9, 1949. They raised three children, Bette, Ron and Steve. After the loss of her first husband, Daisy married Carson Perry in 1987. Together they shared many adventures as they united a family dispersed far and wide
After a life well lived, Daisy passed away in February 11, 2022 and leaves a legacy of love from family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Carson Perry and children, Bette Jacobs, Ron and Paula Rusk, Steve and Kellie Rusk, Dana Perry and Shelley Perry. Her grandchildren are Sarah Williams, Amanda Eddins, Alex Keltner, Michael Rusk, Lisa Moore, Jordan Rusk, Deborah Klinginsmith, Kris and Kassie Kuchinka, Jared Rusk and Jeremiah Rameriz. She was blessed with great grandchildren Sam Williams, Adelaide Williams, Asher Eddins, Israel Eddins, Millie Kate Eddins, Axel Eddins, Henry Keltner, John Griffin and Lylah Klinginsmith, Karlee Kuchinka.
