Rosafina Anna Louise Ravera was born March 3, 1931, to Louis Ravera and Dusolina Vazio Ravera. She is a native of San Francisco, CA.

Predeceased by parents; and husband, Ben N. Lagrutta; and son, Louis J. Lagrutta. Survived by daughter, Carlin R. Lagrutta.

Rosafina graduated from Stockton High School in 3.5 years in 1948. She attended Maude Cornwall School For Secretaries. She worked as a secretary for many years. Also Humphrey’s College and Stockton Unified School District.

Rosafina was a devoted and loving daughter, wife, and mother.

No visitation. Services/committal private.

Donations can be made to Hospice of San Joaquin County; St. Michael’s Church; American Heart Association.

Phoeu Ham

PHOEU HAM 
February 2, 1968 - July 3, 2024

Phoeu Ham passed away unexpectedly on July 5th, 2024 at the young age of 56 at Mercy of San Juan in Carmicheal, California. She was born on February 2, 1968 in the City of Battambang of Cambodia. 

Phoeu was a loving wife, mother, great aunt, daughter and sister. She is survived by her loving husband Leut Nasovann, three children, Sherry Ham, Jackson Ham and Falisa Ham, her mother, Phan Ngin, siblings, Phath Ham, Pha Ham, Phoeun Ham and younger brother Phath Ham. As well as her nieces, nephews and great niece and great nephews. 

In 1985, she immigrated to the United States of America with her parents, Nhork Ham and Phan Ngin, and 4 siblings. Together they lived in Stockton, California where she attended Amos Alonzo Stagg High School. 

Phoeu was married to her beloved husband of almost 40 years in 1987. She had a passion for sewing and had a career as a seamstress for over 30 years. She was known for being a hard-working woman and was dedicated for her family. She had taught her children to always be themselves and to do what makes them happy in life.

A visitation will be held from 5:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday, July 19th, 2024 at Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home, located at 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240.

SERVICE
A service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, July 20th, 2024 at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, located at 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240.

Rosa Maria Perez Gonzalez

July 8, 1968 - June 29, 2024

El sábado 29 de junio del 2024, Diosito abrió las puertas del cielo para recibir a nuestra querida Rosa. Nació el 8 de julio de 1968 en La Labor de Valtierra, Guanajuato, la adorada hija de Germán Pérez y María Luisa González. Ella era la mujer más amable, cariñosa, y bondadosa. A pesar de todos los desafíos que enfrentó, ella fue un ejemplo de fuerza, perseverancia, valor y amor. 

Rosa fue una mujer extraordinaria que trajo un amor inmenso a toda su familia. Se casó con su esposo, Angelberto, y juntos criaron a sus tres hijas, Dionicia, Gabriela y Cecilia, quienes fueron su orgullo y alegría. Rosa fue una madre excepcional, siempre ofreció un apoyo inquebrantable a sus hijas y a su familia. 

En su tiempo libre, a Rosa le encantaba cocinar y experimentar nuevas recetas, deleitando a su familia con una variedad de comidas y postres. Demostraba su amor complaciendonos con sus famosas “chivitas”, tortillas de harina hechas a mano,raspados, donas, galletas y pasteles. 

Además de la cocina, a ella le fascinaba ir de compras y la jardinería. Rosa fue la compañera de compras favorita de la familia, y sabía a qué tienda ir para encontrar la mejor calidad. En las tardes la encontrabas fuera de su casa regando y cuidando sus plantitas.

Será recordada por su nobleza, bondad y espíritu guerrero, una persona cuya fuerza de carácter y espíritu indomable dejaron una huella imborrable en todos los que la conocieron.  Deja atrás a su esposo, hijas, padres, hermanos, sobrinos y una extensa red de familiares y amigos que la extrañarán profundamente.

Deborah Rickard

May 16, 1950 - June 29, 2024

Deborah Rickard of Lodi, age 74, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2024 in Lodi surrounded by her family and friends.

She was born Deborah Ann Gambetti on May 16, 1950 in Oakland, California. She was raised in Walnut Creek and graduated from Del Valle High School in 1968.

Deborah was married on May 23, 1970 to Albert Rickard. They resided in Lodi during their 54 years of marriage and raising of their two sons.

She was a member of Saint Anne’s Catholic Church in Lodi. Debbie enjoyed gambling, bingo, crafts, and Tuesday girls night out with her friends. Her greatest joy in life was helping to raise her two granddaughters and great granddaughter.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Albert Rickard of Lodi ; loving children, Jason and Kelly of Lodi; sisters, Sherri Tams of Colorado, and Nancy Sanders (Terry) of Palm Desert; grandchildren, Jessica and Bailey; great-grandchild, Tessla; niece and nephews, Zackary, Shelbee, and Lauren. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Stan and Marie Gambetti; and her son, Michael.

SERVICE
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 18, beginning at 1 pm in the Vineyard chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park and Funeral home, 14165 Beckman Rd. Lodi, CA Reception will follow at the J . Charles Irwin reception center at Cherokee Memorial Park.

Donald Mehlhaff

March 23, 1947 - June 28, 2024

Don was born in 1947 in Eureka, South Dakota to Ervin and Florence Mehlhaff. He passed away at home at the age of 77. In 1960, his family moved to Lodi, where he started attending Needham Elementary School. He went on to graduate from Lodi High School in 1965. He was drafted into the Army in 1966 where he was stationed in South Korea as a Clerk Typist in a MASH unit and honorably discharged in 1968. He continued his education at Barber College and briefly worked in his Uncle Bill Fischer’s barber shop.

Don married Nancy Clarkson in November of 1970 and began working at Gemco in Stockton. Son, Ryan, was born in 1975 and daughter Lori, completed their family in 1976. He later transferred to Lucky’s Grocery Store in Lodi where he worked for 35 years until his retirement in 2003.

He loved Sharing his love of camping with his family at his favorite places, Bodega Bay and fallen leaf. He loved being outdoors, hiking, fishing, kayaking, biking, and gardening. He prided himself at being a perfectionist in every way. He was very patriotic and extremely proud of his family.

After Don’s retirement, he joined Tree Lodi in 2010 as a volunteer with Nancy and mother-in-law, Joyce Harmon. Don and Nancy recently celebrated their 53rd anniversary.

Don is survived by his wife, Nancy, son, Ryan (Jenny), daughter, Lori Satterfield (Doug), Grandchildren,Kaitlyn, Ryan and Reid Satterfield. He is also survived by his three brothers, Duane (Debby), Charlie (Wayna), and Brian (Jackie), along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, aunts, and uncles. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Joyce Harmon, brother-in-law, Thomas (Jill) Clarkson and sister-in-law, Barbara Valente. Don was predeceased by his parents, two father-in-laws, two uncles, two aunts, and one brother-in-law.

In place of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated at PALS HAVEN and Hospice of San Joaquin.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 7th, 2024 at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, located at 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240.
