Joe Tsuda passed away on February 18, 2015 at the age of 69. Born on January 8, 1946 in El Centro, California, Joe grew up in Reedley and Fresno, where he graduated High School. He served in the United States Air Force, where he trained in Flight School and specialized as a helicopter medic. He retired in Stockton after over 40 years working for the United States Post Office.Joe is survived by his partner, Donna Wilson, children, Patti M. Tsuda, Elisabeth Smith (James), and Caroline Tsuda, and his grandchildren, Alex Baptist, Kenneth Smith, Katelyn Smith, Wayne Russell, and Tesla Russell. He also leaves behind his siblings, Tom, Tak, Tosh, Yuri, Fumi, Amy, and Elaine Tsuda, and Mio Shimizu, his aunt Barbara Marion, uncle John Marion (Tillie), and numerous nieces and nephews.
