Carmen “Connie” Kiedrowski-Murphy of Lodi passed away on March 12, 2015 surrounded by her family and was 90 years old.
Connie was born on October 1, 1924 in Tracy, California to Clifford and Norah Cox.
She married Hugh Kiedrowski on November 20, 1942, until his death in 1989. She then married Robert Murphy on April 16, 1992, until his death in 1998.
Connie is survived by her two sons, Randy and Bonnie Kiedrowski and Gary and Lynn Kiedrowski and Nikki Kiedrowski. She also leaves behind four grandsons, John Kiedrowski, Eli Kiedrowski, Noah Kiedrowski, and Ezra Kiedrowski and granddaughter Alethia Lively and 10 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings.
Connie was the matriarch of our family and will be missed by us all. She was a bookkeeper for many years. Her strength, courage and sense of humor was an inspiration to all of us. She was caring, loving and enjoyed her life. She enjoyed shopping, playing cards, and played golf for many years. Connie is a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
A memorial service will be held April 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 701 S. Pleasant Ave, Lodi, California. Donations can be made in her name to Hospice of San Joaquin County, 3888 Pacific Ave, Stockton, CA 95204.
