Dolores P. Osorio

November 20, 1929 - June 15, 2021

During the early morning hours of June 15, Dolores P. Osorio devoted wife and widow, beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones.

Dolores will be lovingly remembered by her children, Emelinda (Michael), Ricardo/Roy, and Margie (Daniel). Her nine grandchildren were her greatest joy:  Leza Marie, Nikki; Christopher, Sean and Patrick; Beverly and Tesa; and Sean and Austin; and ten great grandchildren: Bailee, Layla, Triston and Phoenix; Gavan and Preston; Jacob, Jaxon and Jace; and Kiana. Dolores is survived by her sister, Dory (Butch). She will be forever remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth (Dean); husband of 61 years, Casimiro R. Osorio; and parents, a sibling and her 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

Dolores was known for her sense of style, her fabulous cooking of Filipino food, and the joy in her strong faith of the Lord in her heart. Dolores loved family get-togethers, to entertain and be entertained. She will be dearly missed.

VISITATION & SERVICES:

Visitation and funeral service in memory of Dolores will be held Wednesday June 30, 2021 at Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, Service begins promptly at noon with a Committal Service immediately following held at Cherokee Memorial Park’s Garden of Trees, located off Highway 99 at Harney Lane, Lodi CA, 95240. Important Note: we are keen to welcoming you safely, the family asks to please wear proper face covering during the visitation and funeral services held indoors.

All who attend the funeral service are welcome to join the family for a meal after service concludes - let’s together celebrate her life and memory.

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

Funeral services will be held in the city of Lodi, California. The weather in Lodi and Central Valley reach temperatures upward of 98 degrees during the day, please pack comfortable clothing.

The nearest major airport is in Sacramento (approx. 47 miles) or San Francisco International (approx.  100 miles). The city of Stockton’s metropolitan airport is the closest (20-minute drive) which services Allegiant Air flights, nonstop Phoenix/Mesa and Las Vegas only.
