Heather Lira

December 8, 1942 - November 12, 2022

Heather Ann Lira, age 79 of Stockton, California passed away on November 12th, 2022. Heather Ann Clennell was born on December 8th, 1942 to her parents, who proceeded her in death, Jean Francis Clennell and Janice Ann Taylor(Clennell). Heather graduated from Presentation High School in San Francisco, California. Heather moved to Honolulu, Hawaii and married James Richard Dixon. She then moved to Pacifica where she raised four children and two foster children. After her divorce, she lived in San Bruno and worked as a school bus driver, San Mateo where she worked as a laborer for Merck Chemical Company, San Jose where she assembled Army tanks for FMC, Milpitas where she married her second husband Richard Lira. Heather divorced and moved to Rancho Cordova where she became a foster mother and worked as a CNA and security for Hewlett Packard. Heather then moved to Somerset where she built her dream home and raised Foster children, and Stockton where she lived for the remainder of her life.

Heather is preceded In death by her son Rod Richard Xavier Dixon, Grandson Shamar Charlie Barbary, and he Granddaughter Heather Sheree Dixon.

Heather is survived by her daughters Menon Sheree Dixon and Shauna Jean Zavala(Anthony), son Reed Blaise Dixon Sr., her grandchildren Nichole Dixon, Natasha Fitzgerald, Reed Dixon Jr., Erian Perez, Erica Fitzgerald, Rod Dixon Jr., Reshaun Barbary, Destinee Dixon, Eric Dixon, and many great-grandchildren.

VISITATION
A visitation will be held from 11:30am - 12:45pm on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, located at 8806 Don Ave, Stockton, California 95209.

SERVICE
A service will follow at 1:00pm on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints, located at 8806 Don Ave, Stockton, California 95209.
