Carol Lynn Monroe, 63, of Stockton, CA unexpectedly passed away on March 28, 2022, due to a heart condition.
A dedicated public servant for 23 years at San Joaquin County, she was a loving mother, an avid swimmer, and a traveler of the world.
Carol was an active community member and always the first to volunteer for organizations including Colonial Heights School, Holy Cross United Methodist Church, Colonial Heights Pool Association, Ballet San Joaquin, Lincoln Music Boosters, and Stockton Civic Theatre.
She is survived by her brother William and her daughter Brittney.
SERVICES:
A service in her honor will be held on April 23, 2022 at Holy Cross United Methodist Church, 1200 W. Hammer Lane, at 11:00am to celebrate her life.
