Jacqueline Palermo

July 1, 1930 - March 4, 2023

Jacqueline (Jackie) Palermo, born July 1st of 1930, was the daughter of the late Oliver James Clarence Christensen and Irene Christensen, and was the sister of Mildred, Susie, Jim, Beverly, and Gloria. She departed this earthly life on March 4, 2023 at the age of 92.

She is survived by her two sons and spouses, Steven Palermo (Dionne) and Dino Palermo (Yolanda). Her husband, Felix Palermo preceded her death.

Jackie was a devoted wife to Felix, and her family of two sons, grandchildren (Anthony, Nicholas, Nicolette, Elise, Samuel), and two great-grandchildren (Felix and Luca). Throughout her life, Felix and Jackie were very active and enjoyed their time together with family and friends, especially during holidays and other celebrations. Jackie had an immeasurable depth of love and generosity for her family and never hesitated to go out of her way and offer help. Jackie always dressed to perfection in the latest fashion styles.

Jackie spent her last 6 years as a resident at The Commons in Stockton, CA, and most recently resided at the Serene Care Home where she socialized and made new friends. Jackie wished to have a celebration of the immortality promised to all by Christ. She would love to be remembered with funny or silly stories that celebrate what was good and blessed in her long life.

She will be interred with her late husband, Felix Palermo, at Cherokee Cemetery in Lodi, CA, at 11am on March 29, 2023, where an intimate grave-site service will be held.
