February 10, 1964 - February 9, 2024
On February 9, 2024, Loretto Perez passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family.
Loretto was born on February 10, 1964 in French Camp, CA. He graduated Stagg High in Stockton, CA and shortly thereafter joined the Army. He proudly served six years as an operating room specialist where he was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany and Fort Ord, Ca. He also served a tour in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm.
After his years of service, Loretto continued his passion in the medical field as a surgical technician at St. Joseph’s hospital for over twenty-five years.
Loretto was a man of varied interests and hobbies. He was a lover of music and a sports enthusiast who attended countless concerts and live sporting events such as baseball games and boxing matches over the years. His favorite hobbies included gardening and restoring a 1956 Chevy truck. Loretto also loved spending time at the beach and listening to the ocean. Above all, he cherished time spent with his grandchildren, Maya and Kai.
With over 35 years of memories together, Loretto is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart, Dora. He is also survived by his mother, Anita; his son, Loretto Jr.; his daughter, Erika; and his siblings Irene, Paul, Sandra, and Patricia.
VISITATION
A visitation will be held from 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Sunday, February 25th, 2024 at the Vineyard Chapel at Cherokee Memorial Park, located at 14165 N. Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240.
SERVICE
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at Cherokee Memorial Park, located off Highway 99 at Harney Lane, Lodi CA, 95240.
