Yolanda Pantoja

Yolanda Pantoja, born on May 24, 1950, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. It was then that God called her home on January 11, 2025, at the age of 74. Yolanda was a devoted mother, grandmother, and beloved member of her community. Her faith in the Lord was always a big part of her life and the person she was. Known for her tireless work ethic and unwavering dedication to her family, she spent her life nurturing those around her with love, care, and compassion.

Throughout her life, Yolanda demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to providing for her family. Her strength and perseverance were the foundation upon which her loved ones built their lives. She was a woman who gave selflessly, always putting others first, and her sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Yolanda was an individual who made everyone feel welcome with her warmth and generosity. She had a heart full of love and a spirit that touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her family, friends, and all those who crossed her path will carry her memory with them forever.

Yolanda is survived by her children, Julius Pantoja, Sylvia Warmerdam(Leo), Jr Pantoja(Melissa), David Pantoja(Monica), grandchildren, Leo III, Anthony, Shawn, Alex, Diego, Isabella, Cruz, Benjamin, Nicolas, Sofia, and Sammy and numerous extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply. She was predeceased by her parents, Ruben and Dolores Ortega and her husband of 53 years, Jose G. Pantoja.
Services to celebrate her life will be held.

VISITATION
On Monday, February 3, 2025, Viewing will be from 4-6pm, Rosary 6-8pm, at Vineyard Chapel, Cherokee Memorial Funeral Home.

SERVICE
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, 10:00am at St. Anne’s Catholic Church.

Yolanda’s legacy of love, hard work, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in the peace and comfort of the Lord.
