Ronald Del Carlo

February 6, 1943 - August 28, 2023

Ronald Gene Del Carlo, “Ronnie”, was born February 6, 1943 to Italian immigrant parents, Theodore Del Carlo and Inez Celli. Ronnie passed away on August 28, 2023 with his family by his side.

Ronnie’s passion was farming. In his younger years, he founded King’s Crown Asparagus Packing with close friends. His highlight of the year was tomato harvest, with his son, who he was extremely proud of for taking the lead in the farming operation for over 25 years. Ronnie also served Air Force Reserves.

Ronnie was a kind, gentle man with a heart of gold. His daughter was his princess. He was the best listener and would be ready to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.  He loved to cook everything! Curing olives was his specialty and he proudly shared with his friends and family.

Ronnie was a wonderful father and husband. He is survived by his loving wife, Janie, of 55 years, daughter Michelle (Bruce) Halldorson, son Dino (Nicole) Del Carlo, grandchildren Mia, Anthony, Nathan and Andrew. He also leaves behind his sister, Linda (Joey) Ratto, nieces and nephew Joanna (Matthieu) Esteve, Jenifer (Michael Boito) and Michael (Jacqueline) Ratto, great nieces Gianna Baley and Lucianna Boito, great nephews Nicolas Esteve, Joseph Ratto and Nicolo Ratto and sister in law Lynette (Gary) Selesia.

Craig Roley

March 10, 1949 - August 24, 2023

Craig Thomas Roley was born on March 10, 1949 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Leonard and Betty (McNeece) Roley. Craig went home to the Lord on August 24, 2023 at the age of 74.

The family moved to California shortly after his birth. He was an ardent fan and also a minority owner of his beloved Green Bay Packer football team. He enjoyed showing friends proof of his ownership in the team.

At the age of 12 years old, Craig and his brother Gary started working after school, weekends and during summer vacations in their father’s business “Roley’s Chevron, Inc.” In 1978, Craig started his own business “Old World Chimney Sweep”. After 29 and a half years, he sold the business and retired.

Craig loved and owned antique automobiles, furniture and anything that was unusual. Craig and close friend Bob Keck were the “original pickers”.

Survivors, son Justin Roley, grandson Sean Savage, great-grandchildren Travis and Hailey Savage, brother Gary Roley Sr. (Greta), nephew Gary Roley II and daughters Jessica and Alyssa, and niece Jennifer Gentry (Dave).

Bea Richard

September 19, 1944 - August 18, 2023

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Beatrice “Bea” Abreu Richard, 78, of Lodi, California, on Friday, August 18, 2023. She had her family by her side. She was born to the late Eugene Abreu and Alicia Vasquez, September 19, 1944, in Stockton, California.

She is survived by her sisters, Victoria Rideout (John) and Irene Haro. Also, her six children, Troy Meath (Laurie), Lorie Meath (Kayla), Donna Daetweiler Grant (John), Cheri Richard, Buddy Richard (Raquel), and Nick Richard (Joi). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren: Kristen Becker (Derek), Charity Meath, Tory Meath, Caitlyn Martin (Kevin), Shane Cowdell, Shannon Jarrett (Andy), Natalie Buitrago, Noel Buitrago, Ricky Richard (Jannet), Brianna Richard, Darius Diaz, Nicholas Richard Jr., Anjalique Richard, Mia Richard and Nico Richard.

Bea also had several great grandchildren – Knox, Dawson, Zachary, Macy, Cooper, Olivia, Jamison, Brooklyn, Josaiah, Elizabeth, Benjamin, and Anthony.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Abreu, her sister, Elisa Sherman, her granddaughter, Jessie Martinez, and her great granddaughter Isabella Martinez.

Bea was a remarkable woman whose legacy of love and selflessness will forever inspire us. A dedicated mother and extraordinary cook, she nurtured not only her six children but also the hearts of everyone she encountered. Her tireless work ethic was a testament to her unwavering determination, having single-handedly raised her family with grace and strength. Known for her boundless generosity, she welcomed all into her home with open arms, creating a haven of warmth and inclusivity. Bea embodied the values of kindness, resilience, and compassion, leaving an indelible mark on our lives. While she may have left this world, her spirit will forever reside in the cherished memories she gifted us. We honor her memory by carrying forward the lessons she imparted – to love unconditionally and to give wholeheartedly. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

The visitation for Bea will be held on Tuesday August 29, 2023 from 9:00am - 10:00am in the Vineyard Chapel in Cherokee Memorial Park, 14165 Beckman Rd in Lodi, California. The service will follow in Vineyard Chapel at 10:00am.

Stockton resident Edelmiro Ortiz Zuniga passed away Tuesday August 23rd at the age of 66. He was born Febuary 20,1957 in Edinburg,Texas. To his late parents Feliciano Sr. and Francisca O. Zuniga. Edelmiro was a loving husband Son, Father, Grandfather, Uncle and Friend. He survived by his wife Victoria Zuniga, siblings Anselmo Zuniga (Mercedes), Pedro Zuniga (deseased), Macedonia Garcia (Eligio), Rudolfo Zuniga (Carmen) (deseased), San Juana Zuniga (deseased), Maria Contreras (Antonio), Sylvia Franco (Raynaldo), Feliciano Jr. Zuniga (Chriselda) (deseased), Martha Kurtright (James) and Arturo Zuniga.  He leaves behind his living children Vincent Hernandez, Juan Herrera (John-John), Edelmiro O. Zuniga Jr. , Arturo F. Zuniga, Marco A. Zuniga. Edelmiro was an adored grandfather to Desiree Sousa (Austin), Jasmine Herrera, Marcos Zuniga, Anthony Zuniga, Edelmiro Zuniga III, Anicca Herrera, Giovani Ortega, and Olivia Zuniga, great grand daughters Audriana and Alexandria Sousa.
